What is our goal in the long run?
The New York City Men’s Circle (NYCMC) is a brotherhood open to men and all who identify as such in New York and beyond that is committed to fostering personal growth, emotional intelligence, and authentic connection among men. Founded on the belief that men thrive in community, NYCMC provides a safe and empowering space for men to engage in deep conversations, self-reflection, and personal transformation.
Through in-person gatherings, online meetings, and immersive experiences, NYCMC helps men break through societal expectations, confront internal challenges, and cultivate meaningful relationships. Their work is rooted in accountability, self-awareness, and the understanding that true strength comes from embracing both vulnerability and resilience.

Nick K is a champion of mental wellness, leadership, and personal growth, serving as a key facilitator within the New York City Men’s Circle. With a deep understanding of human psychology and design thinking, he helps men navigate life’s challenges with clarity, resilience, and confidence.
His work focuses on guiding men to break through self-imposed limitations, develop emotional intelligence, and cultivate strong, supportive relationships. Nick K brings years of experience in men’s work, mentorship, and coaching, offering a grounded and insightful approach to personal development. His passion lies in helping men embrace both their strength and vulnerability, empowering them to lead with authenticity and purpose.

Nick M is just a man. He’s walked his own path, faced his own struggles, and found his way by leaning into faith, discipline, and the strength of community. He knows growth isn’t about having all the answers—it’s about showing up, being open, and trusting the process.
As the driving force of love behind the New York City Men’s Circle (NYCMC), Nick has created a space for men to connect, reflect, and step into who they’re meant to be. His approach isn’t about being perfect or having it all figured out—it’s about doing the work, leaning on brotherhood, and believing in the power of something greater, whether that’s faith, the wisdom of the earth, or the lessons life teaches along the way.
Nick helps men step deeper in a relationship with source, by crafting safe spaces for men to explore a side of spirituality they may have never touched. no judgement just connection.
